In most web browsers the navigation buttons on the left of every page can be accessed with the alt key and the underlined letter, and in-text navigation links are also given alt key alternatives. Depending on the browser used, you may need to press the Enter key as well.
No tables or graphics are used without underlying text alternatives for detection by screen readers.
